Blind Mirth Improv Comedy (Blind Mirth)
By Priyanka Raval | Published on Saturday 31 August 2013
St Andrews comedy troupe Blind Mirth Improvisation are unquestionably exceptionally talented. In this wholly improvised show using a range witty improvisational games and cues from the audience, the troupe enact a variety of hilarious sketches. Not only were they all very strong individually, their creative synergy lent a palpable vitality to the atmosphere, which served to even further fuel the laughter. Despite being a University group, the brilliance of Blind Mirth Improvisation equals, if not exceeds that of the professionals. Truly impressive was the fact that there was never even a pause for thought before the next batch of punch lines. Great comedic chemistry and razor sharp wit make this a must-see performance.
