The Machine (Little Cauliflower)
By Khristine Gallagher | Published on Thursday 16 August 2012
Playfully silly and visually captivating, The Machine will send adults and children alike into gleeful fits of laughter. Two bumbling engineers scramble to try and fix The Machine – which plants all the trees, grass and flowers around the world. But of course, they don’t know how to fix The Machine which leads to an exciting array of exceedingly daft ideas. The interaction between the performers and the children is adventuresome and invites children to exercise their own ideas in order to fix the problems within the play. The bumbling twosome are highly energetic and some jokes are repeated over and over again – but this just adds to the unique madness of it all!
Pleasance Courtyard, 1-25 Aug, 10.25am.
