End Of The World Show 2012 (Mark Speed / PBH’s Free Fringe)
By Conor Riordan | Published on Thursday 16 August 2012
THE END IS NIGH! Good, now I have your attention. We all know one day the world will cease to be. Luckily Mr Nice Death, played by Mark Speed, provides a compare the market-esque production to insure you choose the best apocalypse possible. The show takes on the stories and beliefs about how the end of the world will happen, and, by producing a slightly-better-than-PowerPoint presentation on the pros and cons of each religion’s Armageddon, Mr Nice Death offers a choice for your preferred apocalypse, no strings attached. The theme is slightly limiting, but if it’s a subject matter you can take an interest in, it’s entertaining, educational, free and has prizes on offer. Worth a watch before the Fringe’s final countdown.
Ryan’s Cellar Bar, 4-25 (not 12, 19) Aug, 5.00pm.
